Based in London, Almabyte Ltd provides web and database application and other software development services to clients throughout London and the South East. Formed in 1998 the company has several years experience in the financial services, insurance and printing industry sectors.

The company has been involved in the development of several database driven web applications (Intranet), customer service applications (Extranet) and public website applications (Internet). As well as development, Almabyte can help with the environment whether hosting in-house or remotely.

Almabyte can work with your IT staff to add expertise or further resources whatever the project. Located just 30 minutes from the City, the company can react to most urgent requests.

Although a small company, Almabyte forms part of a network consisting of other companies and specialist individuals. This not only provides the resource to cover most projects, but also the reassurance that the network will continue to provide services and support in the long term.

Aimed predominantly at small to medium sized companies, Almabyte can offer many services including consultancy, business/systems analysis, full development projects, maintenance, database design and expertise in report writing.

The company is owned by John Clark who has been focusing on database driven applications for many years. John started his computing career in 1987 and since 1998 has owned and operated Almabyte Ltd.

In addition to IT consultancy and software development services, Almabyte has also co-developed a web based planning product, JobSpan. Originally developed for use in the Printing Industry, the software can easily be adapted to any production based business.

Development of web-based front ends for job planning and production tracking. Almabyte's understanding of the underlying applications and database structures was exceptional and this was translated into reliable and efficient programs.

Customisation of Almabyte's own JobSpan product for various clients. The installation process and help with bringing the system in to use were very good.

All work has been carried out within the timescales, and they have responded promptly to all support issues and requests.
